SiteIntel has made my job more efficient by being able to gather demographic and other information regarding a potential location very easily. It is very easy to be able to go into SiteIntel and look at a variety of relevant factors pertaining to a site and its associated trade area immediately rather than needing to make extra phone calls or pull information from different sources.
What features in SiteIntel do you use the most?
I think I use the following most often in SiteIntel:(a) household income layer information, (b) kid density information, and (c) demographic reports that have been set up for our particular business.
From a strategic standpoint, how is SiteIntel helping to guide real estate expansion?
SiteIntel helps us in determining expansion by looking at new markets and the number of potential locations we can do in a particular area while also helping us to prioritize geographic markets – specifically, what markets provide the best overall number of opportunities for expansion.
In what ways do you view your Intalytics team as an advisor to your company?
Intalytics is very much a trusted advisor for us, and not only with specific to our use of SiteIntel. We often have phone calls with Intalytics and our client manager (Derek Ackerson) to ask questions about particular sites and get Intalytics overall perspective on a particular site and area.
